In regards to flower sets please check the top of the website before ordering to check your delivery month. We are a small run business and All items are completely handmade and personalised for you this is why our turnaround time can be a little longer than hoped but I can can guarantee they are worth the wait. All updates will be posted at the top of our main page. You can also check our Facebook page for regular updates when we hit your month.
If you are wanting a set sooner then we do offer express checkout options that will be available at the beginning of each month.
Timescales for other products allow:
4 weeks notice for cake toppers (please specify the date it will be needed in the order request box)
2-3 weeks for lettering only orders
light surrounds - 3-4 weeks
bow holders - 4-6 weeks
optional extras/set upgrades - 4-6 weeks
However, please bare in mind this is subject to change during our busier periods. Also please allow time for delays that are out of our control such as (delivery of materials being delayed or lost, pandemic lock down restrictions, illness, etc)
Checkout - when checking out it is important to choose the right option of delivery. Please note separate orders for cake toppers and postable optional extras are at a lower rate as these are items that will fit through your letter box. Everything else is at a standard tracked shipping rate so if you order these postable items along with others products that require being packed in our large boxes then please choose the tracked floral decor option at checkout.
We post out using Hermes courier services to get the best rates for our customers. We also deliver all items tracked so that you can track and access your parcel while it’s on the move.
International deliveries - Because of the recent change is tax laws when sending items abroad please bare in mind that there may be custom charges for your delivery to be posted. This is completely out of my hands and I won’t receive any information on this when the parcel arrives at its country/destination. However, if there are any charges you will receive an invoice either by email or phone from the customs department. If you refuse to pay the invoice then ultimately the parcel will be sent back to the sender (us). This means you’d have to pay the delivery charges again if you’d like it to be sent back out. We work with a few courier services for international deliveries to ensure we get the best rate for our customers.
Pictures of your orders will be emailed to you along with tracking information once shipped.
