Shipping Policy

Our parcels are packed carefully in double walled heavy duty boxes. We buy our boxes from an economically friendly company that since the 1950’s has been recycling card to make new cardboard boxes. We then pack out the boxes well with tissue paper, bubble wrap, and paper rolls Finished by sealing the boxes shut with fragile tape to make sure our products are safe in transportation. 

On the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged then please get in contact with us so we can amend the issue.
As all of our deliveries are Tracked and protected from loss and damage we will ask for you to take pictures of the damage so we can use it as proof for the couriers. 

If you fail to provide the images than we cannot compensate you for the damage.

It is your responsibility to attach the correct address and shipping information on the delivery form at checkout. If you have made a mistake with your shipping information then please get it contact as soon as possible so that it can be amended on your booking form. 

You will receive delivery confirmation and an attached tracking number so that you can track your parcel through delivery. 

Once the parcel has left us it is your responsibility to arrange any re-delivery or safe places etc with the use of your tracking information. We are not responsible or reliable once the parcel has been shipped.
